Return policy
All purchases for food, beverages, or nutritional supplements, made through the VALR Website are final sales and we are unable to accept returns or refunds due to the nature of these products.
In the event a product is received in a damaged state or an improper item was delivered contact VALR immediately and upon confirmation of issue, VALR will resend the proper products or if unavailable store credit.
Any unworn merchandise ordered through the VALR may be returned and refunded as long as all tags are intact and no damage. Any cost for shipping of returns are at consumer’s expense.
